De acuerdo con la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de 1991(art. 117), se considera que los organismos de control son el Ministerio P\u00fablico, cuyo nombre m\u00e1s familiar es Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica. La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n, aunque constitucionalmente no est\u00e1 determinada como un organismo de control ya que pertenece al poder judicial, ha desarrollado acciones desde su \u00e1rea de influencia en contra de la corrupci\u00f3n, que hacen necesaria su inclusi\u00f3n en esta gu\u00eda. Lo propio ocurre con la Auditor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n
